ByteNAP Networks Private Limited is using a cutting-edge, secure portal for eKYC. We’ve teamed up with Digio to provide a safe and efficient eKYC process for our customers. Rest assured, we do not require any physical documents for verification during this process.

A Simple Guide to Completing eKYC

Step 1: Check your registered email for an eKYC validation request from ByteNAP Networks Private Limited.

Step 2: Click the provided link and enter your 16-digit Aadhar Card number.

Step 3: You will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) from the Aadhar (UID) platform.

Step 4: Enter the OTP you received from the Aadhar platform.

The process is straightforward and user-friendly. Once your details are validated, our team will promptly process your order.

Note: For international customers, we will require you to upload a passport or other government-approved documents to verify your details. Additionally, a selfie with the uploaded documents is mandatory.
